April - June scheduling is now available.
Options for training
All instructor-led sessions include mobility activation and warm-up, individualized skill and mechanics training, and age and level appropriate strength and mobility development.
New client assessment - All athletes new to training at Fastpitch Studio must start with an assessment session. This session will include a movement assessment and pitching baseline assessment. New athlete assessments are currently waitlisted. Please contact info@fastpitchstudio.com to request to be added to the waitlist for upcoming assessment openings.
Private training - train 1:1 with an athlete and instructor. Sessions typically include Rapsodo, high-speed video feedback, and other feedback systems.
Semi-private training - train with up to 3 athletes working with one instructor. Training is individualized. Regular session times each week available.
Team training - bring your team’s pitchers or a custom group to train with our instructor. Contact info@fastpitchstudio.com to arrange for your team’s training.
Paying for your Training sessions
Sessions may be paid for at time of scheduling or at the appointment (onboarding sessions must be paid at time of scheduling).
Packages of session credit packages are available for 5 - 15% discount on session fees and can be applied to any training. If you intend to purchase a package, it is recommended to do so BEFORE scheduling your session. You can always purchase a package later and apply the package code to your scheduled.
Make sure you LOGIN (top right corner of the scheduling section below) when purchasing and scheduling to ensure these are linked to your account.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. If rescheduling is needed within 48 hours, please contact info@fastpitchstudio.com. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours will be charged the full session fee.
